The problem
Independent studio owners were booking rooms through group texts and paper calendars, leading to double-bookings and lost revenue.
General-purpose booking tools didn't handle recurring member schedules or per-room pricing well, so owners cobbled together workarounds.
The build
RoomCast gives each studio a public booking page, per-room availability, and recurring slots for regular members, all in one calendar.
Owners set pricing per room and per hour once, and the system handles conflicts automatically.

Impact
Now in beta with 60 studios, RoomCast is being used to test recurring-booking flows ahead of a public launch.
Early studios report cutting scheduling-related back-and-forth messages by more than half.
